Ushabti updated Spelunky 2 is, as much as its predecessor, full of surprises. Each Ushabti has a unique appearance composed of three. Finding the correct one as noted in the Tablet of Destiny and bringing it to the next level, 6-3, will cause it to 'hatch' into the Qilin. Nekka – Coffin is found in the Black Market. Found in a back room of Neo Babylon 6-2, Ushabti are part of the chain that leads to the Sunken City. I believe LISE can be found on any Volcana stage (though maybe not 2-4?). Go to the room with the Telescope, then go. Once you unlock enough characters, climb up to find the area to input Seeded Runs. Some people are reporting that LISE is always found on 2-1 (Volcana), but I found this character on 2-3. Collect 16 extra characters to unlock more areas of the starting hub. LISE Project – Coffin sometimes appears in one of the Volcana stages. This can be done repeatedly until the player runs out of Clone Gun charges.
If the player clones the correct Ushabti before it hatches on Neo Babylon 6-3, the clone will not hatch until Tiamats Throne, 6-4. Liz Mutton – Coffin sometimes appears on 2-1 (Jungle) Shooting the correct Ushabti with the Clone Gun will still cause it to produce a Qilin in the next level. There are three main shortcuts in Spelunky 2 leading to stage 1-4, 3, and 5. This particular coffin contains Alto Singh, and once you’ve acquired him, the coffin will always contain a Hired Hand (the Hired Hand is not a playable character). You can unlock more playable characters by busting open coffins in the various stages/biomes. Somewhere between those two exits, there will be a coffin. Once you beat the boss, you should have the option to find two exits, one leading to Jungle, the other to Volcana.
